How much information must I share?

• GRACEN Online Advertising: If you come to our Web site after having visited a page that contained GRACEN online advertising, we may collect the location of the online advertising using transparent GIF files provided by a third party advertising server. The GIF files are used to identify cookies placed when you visited the page with our advertising and do not collect personal and account information.
• Referral Web site: If you come to our Web site via a link, we collect the location of the link that referred you.
• Browser type: We collect information about the browser you are using to help optimize our Web site for visitors.
• Movements through our Web site: We keep track of pages you visit to help provide you with a more personalized shopping experience.
When you make purchases through our Web site:
• We collect your name, address and payment information to process your order.

Please read carefully the Terms and Use Agreement for Gracen (“the Site”). This site is the property of Gracen. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
It is your responsibility to check this Terms and Use Agreement before using the Gracen.com Web site. You should visit periodically to review the terms of use. This Terms and Use Agreement was last updated on April 20, 2008.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gracen.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Gracen.com in advance. We are happy to hear your comments and feedback! However it is our company policy not to accept unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions or proposals. Any communications such as a comment, feedback, drawings, or ideas that you submit to via any method including: email, phone call or using a form on www.gracen.com become the property of Gracen. Gracen is under no obligation to respond to any user submissions, keep those submissions under confidence or compensate a user for submission content.
At any time we may make a typographical error or omission that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and or availability. We reserve the right to update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Please remember that all monitors may display colors differently. We have tried our best to represent the colors of our products accurately. We cannot ensure that the colors displayed on your monitor will be accurate.

This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. However, the products available on this Site are only available in the United States. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are only valid in the U.S.

Certain services offered on Gracen.com require you to first create an Account with us. CONDITIONS
To purchase products on our Web site you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States of America. You must provide a valid credit card and associated information such as the cardholders name as it appears on the card, the credit card number, the type of credit card, the date of expiration, and codes needed to charge your card. By submitting this information you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within 30 days of credit card authorization.
All payments must be made by VISA or MasterCard. Payment types maybe be added or removed at Gracen’s discretion. We do not accept any other payment form at this time. You and NOT Gracen are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party. You agree to pay all fees incurred in connection with your purchases including any applicable taxes. Unless you notify Gracen of any discrepancies within sixty days after they first appear on your credit card statement, they will be considered accepted by you for all purposes. If Gracen does not receive payment from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due to Gracen. You are responsible for paying any government taxes on your purchase, including sales tax. Gracen will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the state of Maryland.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline for any reason. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. We will attempt to notify you by your provided email address or billing address or phone number of any changes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers, resellers or distributors. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that are not the responsibly of Gracen. The risk of loss of the items you purchased pass to the carrier chosen by you at the time of purchase.
TERMINATION
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Gracen. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Gracen also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to Gracen.com. Upon any termination you must immediately discontinue use of Gracen.com. Any termination will not affect payment obligations arising before the date of termination.
